Meet The Directors
Judith is the Founder and Lead Director of Wellness and Holistic Unite C.I.C. Drawing upon her professional experience in wellbeing, mindfulness, coaching and non-judgemental emotional support, alongside lived experience of trauma, bereavement, disability and long-term health conditions, Judith understands how difficult it can be to access the right support at the right time. She founded the organisation to develop inclusive, accessible and person-centred pathways that bring together professional counselling, holistic wellbeing and community support. Judith leads the CIC’s vision, strategic development and advocacy, ensuring that people remain at the heart of its services, programmes and partnerships.
Tracey is the Director of Holistic Services at Wellness and Holistic Unite C.I.C. With experience in holistic therapies and wellbeing support, she brings warmth, empathy and a compassionate, non-judgemental approach to her role. Tracey is passionate about helping people feel listened to, valued and supported. She works to bring together practitioners, organisations and communities to promote an inclusive, whole-person approach where mind, body and emotional wellbeing are valued equally. “Everyone has a story.
